Blogtronix, the creators of the Blogtronix Enterprise 2.0 platform for blogging, wiki, and social networking, is growing and looking for a full-time Sr. Interface and CSS Developer to help with our Web 3.0 platform and mobile interface.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a CSS superstar to work on core Enterprise 2.0 platform for Communities, Publishing and Collaboration . You will be responsible for new CSS development, and maintenance and bug fixing for existing CSS on all of blogtronix.net client sites.
Requirements
Expert knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform issues, CSS Hacks and clean coding methodology.
Expert knowledge of layout models: natural flow, positioning, and float.
Knowledge of how JavaScript works with CSS.
The ability to organize and move in and out of complicated systems.
The ability to quickly understand and adhere to our current standards.
Excellent communication skills.
In addition, you are:
Experienced with how to work around the IE differences in quirks mode.
Experienced with combining space delimited classes.
Familiar with prudent use of IE layout mode.
Familiar with the concept of reusability through abstraction as it applies to css.
Familiar with cvs.
Familiar the concept of semantic web and practical accessibility.
Familiar with the concept of progressive enhancement as it pertains to css and browser support.
