Blogtronix, the creators of the Blogtronix Enterprise 2.0 platform for blogging, wiki, and social networking, is growing and looking for a full-time and part-time Support Representatives to provide technical support and assistance to our customers.

To succeed in this role strong technical problem-solving skills and excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer service requests related to the set-up and use of our Blogtronix application service and software
Work shift is evenings and weekends

Requirements

Experience using blogging, wiki and social networking software and services- Blogtronix preferred
Strong technical writing and communication skills
Customer service experience
Ability to demonstrate intelligence and fast learning of new and potentially complicated concepts
Self motivated and able to work on projects with minimal supervision
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to work on an innovative team
High speed internet access (if working from Home)

Desirable

Windows 2003 server, IIS, SQL, C#, .NET, AJAX
