Approval Workflows

Certain organizations have very specific rules concerning what can and can’t be posted for public consumption. We recognize this as a requirement for large organizations that have multiple editors review everything to ensure compliance with company policy.

The approval workflows add on allows you to enable up to three different levels of administrative review. This feature is also equipped with email notifications so editors will know immediately when they have content which requires attention. Only when the content has passed through the editors you assign will it be published.
