Groups Based System

The groups based system is the core of Blogtronix.  The BTX platform offers one fully functional main group and an infinite number of subgroups.  If the organization or need is small, the main parent group may be suitable. But larger or growing organizations prefer to use many sub-groups to manage their initiatives, projects, and users. 

Each subgroup comes equipped with the full BTX feature set and administrative panel and is infinitely customizable in terms of system settings, look and feel, and permissions. Administrators can also choose to keep the settings and appearance of its main parent group.    

Subgroups can be added to match the organizational structure of an enterprise, with one subgroup devoted to each division.  They can also be added to accommodate small project-based workgroups, such as in a classroom or user group.  Users may be restricted to only one subgroup, or may freely roam every group.  

Behind the scenes, Blogtronix has advanced indexing capabilities that allow users to search all groups for information.  Users can also find and connect with others on the installation using the social network. 

The groups based system allows the enterprise to organize its site in any configuration and choose each level of security by users.
